Wednesday Weather Briefing: Dry pattern continues here at the mid week...

Good Wednesday to everyone across the region…

After dealing with a few very warm days across the Western Carolinas, more seasonable weather has return. After morning temperatures in the 30’s the expectation is for plenty of sunshine today with high temperatures eclipsing the 50 degree mark.

Mostly clear skies light winds should result in chilly overnight temperatures getting back close to the freezing mark.

This weather should for the latter part of the week as we remain in a dry pattern. Saturday clouds will begin to increase thanks to a deep trough that is sliding into the eastern half of the country.

The first half of the weekend looks to be dry for the most part. It’s Sunday where some rainfall will return to the region. Computer guidance has trended lower with rainfall amounts in recent model runs but we still see the potential for a good rain event through Monday morning…
