Brief Forecast Discussion Update:

Good Thursday to you!  We have almost made it to the weekend.  The next 24 to 36 hours will be soggy.  The remnant low of Beta will move Northeast through the south tonight.  Rainfall will increase tonight becoming the heaviest after midnight.  That heavy rain will continue into Friday Morning and then should move east.  Friday Afternoon gusty thunderstorms could develop and move East.  Rainfall over the next 24 hours will range from 1 to 3 inches.  The highest totals will be where heavy rain trains over the same areas.  Tough to forecast exactly where that will setup this far out.

The weekend doesn't look bad but a couple of thunderstorms are possible over the area Saturday Afternoon but Sunday should be pleasant.

Another cold front will move through the area Tuesday bringing a chance of rain and thunderstorms back to the area.  Behind the front much cooler weather arrives.
